Viewing and Managing Canceled Customers
Find out where to view canceled subscription customers in Putler and analyze churn patterns to improve retention.
On the Transaction Dashboard → On the left-hand side select filter status as canceled.
All the data for canceled customers will be displayed based on the selected date range from the date picker at the top.
You can also export the data.
